The limited liability company “Dnipro Railway Certification Agency” was established as a state enterprise on August 31, 1994 by joint order No. 456/219 of the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine and the State Consumer Standard of Ukraine for the purpose of certification of products, productions, processes, systems and services of railway transport.
