Scope of accreditation
In order to start certification work, enterprises must submit the following documents in the following forms to the e-mail or postal address of "DRCA" LLC:
- APPLICATION for certification of repair services (with attestation)
- APPLICATION for the certification of processes for the transportation
- INFORMATION GUIDE on the list of processes for the transportation
- APPLICATION for product certification
- QUESTIONNAIRE for certification of repair services (with attestation)
- QUESTIONNAIRE on certification of processes and services (dangerous goods)
- QUESTIONNAIRE (for production inspection scheme)
- Regulatory documents for products
- Documents confirming the origin of products
- A document confirming the size of the lot and the date of production - a quality document
- Drawing indicating the place of marking (properly approved)
Documents for concluding a contract with "DRCA" LLC:
- a copy of the Charter;
- a copy of the minutes of the meetings, the agreement (contract), the order on the appointment of the head of the enterprise;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs or a copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (current year);
- a copy of the power of attorney for the right to enter into a contract (if necessary);
- an extract from the register of value-added tax payers or a copy of an extract from the register of value-added tax payers (current year);
- certificate in an arbitrary form, regarding bank details (certified by the signature and seal of an authorized person).
Schemes (models) used during product certification are determined by the conformity assessment body. At the same time, the peculiarities of production, testing, delivery and use of specific products, possible expenses of the applicant are taken into account. Schemes must be indicated in the document that establishes the procedure for certification of specific products.
The cost of certification work
All actually performed certification works, except for those performed in accordance with current legislation at the expense of the state budget, are paid for by the own funds of enterprises, organizations, citizens who applied for the relevant works according to their labor intensity, regardless of the decisions made based on their results.
